Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 5/11/26

Last Updated: 5/22/26

This Privacy Policy explains how CV Remote Solutions collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit cvremotesolutions.com and any related pages or subdomains we operate (the “Site”).

This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. Information that CVRS processes on behalf of its clinical partners in connection with remote cardiac monitoring services, including any protected health information (PHI), is governed by the separate service agreements and business associate agreements in place with those partners—not this policy.

1. Information We Collect

CV Remote Solutions may collect information you voluntarily submit through website forms, email communications, or other interactions with the Site, including contact and business information. Information submitted through the Site may be processed and stored by CV Remote Solutions and its service providers for purposes such as responding to inquiries, operating the Site, improving user experience, and communicating about our services.

We also use standard website technologies such as cookies, analytics, and session monitoring tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve functionality and performance.

Please do not submit patient health information or other sensitive medical information through website forms or other Site communications.

2. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Respond to inquiries you submit through forms or email, including scheduling consultations and follow-up discussions.
  • Evaluate employment applications and communicate with applicants.
  • Send newsletters, industry insights, and other marketing communications you have opted in to receive, and manage your preferences.
  • Understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve content, design, and performance.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Third-Party Services We Use on the Site

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Site. Each collects or processes limited information on our behalf.

Pipedrive Web Forms (CRM and lead capture)

When you submit a form on the Site, such as the “Consult With a Clinician” form, the form is hosted and processed by Pipedrive. The information you enter is transmitted to Pipedrive and stored in our Pipedrive CRM so our team can respond to you. Pipedrive acts as our service provider/processor for this purpose. Pipedrive’s privacy practices are described at https://www.pipedrive.com/en/privacy.

Google Analytics 4 (traffic and usage analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 sets cookies and collects information such as IP address (typically truncated), device and browser information, pages viewed, events, and approximate location. We use this information in aggregate to evaluate and improve the Site.

You can learn more about how Google uses information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ and can install Google’s Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps)

Session replay — important to know.

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to better understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity captures a recording of how you interact with the Site, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and pages visited.

You can learn more at https://clarity.microsoft.com and in Microsoft’s Privacy Statement at Mircosoft privacy statement.

Hosting and infrastructure

The Site is hosted on WP Engine, and content may be served via a content delivery network. These providers receive standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) as needed to deliver the Site.

Email and productivity tools

When you email us or submit a form, your message and related metadata are handled through our email, CRM, and productivity providers under standard service-provider terms.

4. How We Share Information

We share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with the service providers described above, and with other vendors that help us operate the Site, respond to inquiries, send marketing communications, and manage security. These providers are only permitted to use information as needed to provide services to us.
  • Business partners. We may share information with clinical or business partners with your permission or at your direction, for example when you request an introduction or information exchange.
  • Corporate transactions. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide comparable protections.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or government request; to enforce our Terms of Use; to protect the rights, property, or safety of CVRS, our users, or others; or to detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues.
  • With your consent. We share information for any other purpose with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as we need it to serve the purposes described in this policy, to meet our legal and contractual obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Typical retention periods include:

  • Inquiry and CRM records: for the duration of our relationship with you or your organization, plus a reasonable period afterward.
  • Employment applications: for a reasonable period after the hiring decision is made, consistent with applicable law.
  • Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe or we otherwise determine you are no longer an active contact.
  • Analytics and log data: in line with the retention settings of the underlying tool and our internal needs.

6. Your Choices

  • Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our marketing emails, or by contacting us.
  • Forms. You can choose not to submit information through the Site.
  • Cookies and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through tool-specific opt-outs described in our Cookie Notice. Note that disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.
  • Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals, but we honor opt-outs and other rights as described in this policy.
