We’re growing and looking for a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to help expand our footprint.
This is not a passive account management role; we’re seeking a true hunter: someone energized by prospecting, building relationships, opening doors, and closing new business.
What You’ll Do
As Territory Sales Manager, you will own revenue growth and market expansion within your assigned territory by identifying opportunities, generating pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Prospect and self-source new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field activity
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through disciplined CRM management
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations and product demonstrations
• Retain and grow existing accounts by strengthening client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities
• Partner closely with operations, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success
• Provide regular pipeline, forecasting, and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong experience in business development, territory management, or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel up to 70%
Preferred
• Experience selling into healthcare, physician practices, or hospital systems
• Experience working with physicians, hospital administrators, and healthcare leadership
• Medical device or cardiac industry experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs) is a plus
