CV Remote Solutions can integrate with any EMR or data management system. We are vendor neutral and can manage across all platforms and devices. Our goal is to integrate with your current workflows to assist your team to provide seamless patient care.
Our technical services are provided for pacemakers, defibrillators, ICM monitors, implantable loop recorders, and wearable cardiac devices including KardiaMobile and Apple Watch tracings.
Our technical monitoring services are provided by Registered Nurses who are IBHRE certified and typically have at least 5 years of clinical experience. Our pride is in the quality of our staff and the quality of services that we provide!
Our onboarding specialists meet with your team upon contract signing to determine the most efficient method of enrolling patients in our service. Alerts are customized to your teams and physicians’ preferences. We provide an initial evaluation of your clinic followed by patient care pathways and resources to improve remote monitoring enrollment and compliance.
Our onboarding process includes determining which alerts are important to your team. We prioritize and manage alerts uniquely to the preferences of your clinic. As clinicians ourselves, we recognize the importance of timely and efficient alert management.
Remote monitoring of cardiac implanted devices is payable by all insurance carriers. For therapy devices, global billing of technical and physician fees is allowable every 91 days. For diagnostic services from devices capable with implantable cardiac monitoring technology or for implantable loop records, global billing is allowable every 31 days.
When CV Remote Solutions provides technical services for your patients, the practice bills globally for services and pays the full technical fee to CV Remote Solutions. The practice retains the professional fee. No additional fees are typically charged for alert management or technical services related to remote patient monitoring.
We realize that occasionally patients require more frequent device monitoring than our payers allow. For patients approaching “ERI”, monthly device checks may be required. For patients with a recent hospitalization for heart failure, weekly ICM checks for 4 weeks may be beneficial. These “nonbillable” device checks are processed by our team without any additional costs to your practice.
On the contrary! By improving overall compliance with remote monitoring as well as appropriate use of hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic devices, clinics often experience increased revenue streams.
